Old Man Winter

by: Kim Spiece
Looks like Winter has finally set in and not looking to let go anytime soon. The good news, there are several indoor shows coming up in the area to assist us with our "Winter Blues".  Will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow and predict 6 more weeks of winter like weather or will he bless us with no shadow and an early Spring? The Groundhog Day tradition has been celebrated since 1887.

1934 Packard Eight 1100 Sedan

by: Ross Belovich, Shop Manager

This 1934 Packard Eight 1100 Sedan has been brought to us to sort out some reliability and cosmetic items so the owner may enjoy touring this upcoming season.  We will be checking over the drivetrain and wiring, installing new gaskets and seals, and correcting some incorrect items.  Barring any problems, we should have it back in tip-top driving condition by the time the warm weather arrives.  Interesting to learn, this particular motor is a Straight 8,  6:1 compression ratio, with a single Stromberg EE-22 carburetor, 3 speed manual, and rear wheel drive.
